Oxygen OS overlayed on Android 5.1 will debut along side OnePlus 2

OnePlus via their official forums confirmed that Android 5.1 based Oxygen OS will arrive alongside the OnePlus 2, and hence now for 2 more months users will have to be on Android 5.0.2 if they use Oxygen OS. OnePlus is planing the launch of OnePlus 2 really soon, and hence OnePlus One users will get Android 5.1 really soon within this 2 months time period.
A CM12.1 ROM based on Android 5.1 Lollipop will arrive soon for the OnePlus One. The company has a preview build currently in testing. As you all know OnePlus 2 was confirmed earlier today.
