OnePlus announces 3 months extended Warranty for Indian Customers

As a strategy to refit their Customer support OnePlus on June 13, 2015 announced extended warranty of 3 months for its smartphone users in India.The OnePlus One continues to be solid competition to smartphones till date, but the only catch in a near perfect device is the hardware issues that may spring up during use.The lack of customer support further worsened the matter.

However, the Chinese phone maker is trying to compensate this by giving an extended warranty of 3 months to the smartphone users in India.The service will be applicable on OnePlus One and all further devices.The service will also be available to the device's bought from international web site prior to Amazon's exclusive launch.

Vikas Agarwal General Manager-India OnePlus further added to the announcement- 
“OnePlus is committed to long-term growth in India and are investing significant resources in revamping our service offerings. While it is our constant endeavor to close most of our customer service requests within 3 days, this complimentary extended warranty will compensate users in case of any unexpected delays. We have always considered our fans and users to be a priority, and this service is a testimony of our efforts in empowering them further.”
