Gionee launched the Elife E8 also along with the M5 with 6,020 mAh battery, while the E8 comes with a normal sized 3500 mAh battery. We even got the specs of the phone revealed by a Romanian re branded device which looked same as Gionee E8, and was later found to be E8 after the official announcements.
