Motorola is ready to launch the third gen devices which are the Moto X & Moto G, and we have been getting the unofficial renders from time to time but this is the first time we got the 3D renders of the Moto G 3rd Gen. These images are given to accessories manufacturers and hence still we don't have much official information on the same.

Xiaomi to announce a new device on 16th July

Xiaomi is being said to be announce a new device on July 16th. Invites for the same are being sent out, the invite reads "New Mi Communication will begin"  when translated via Google Translate, so it maybe the Redmi Note 2 which is pending its launch from quite some time.

Whatever be the device, we will be getting to know by July 16th, which is the day the event will happen. Although we are thinking of Redmi Note 2, but it might also be the flaghips Mi5 and Mi5 Plus . And if it is an update to Mi4 which is Xiaomi Libra then we are getting Snapdragon 808, so it is clear that we will be getting a great device from Xiaomi.

Xiaomi Libra with SD 808 shows up on benchmarking sites

A new smartphone from Xiaomi which is codenamed as Libra showed up on Geekbench, the largest benchmarking database, the phone offers Snapdragon 808 SoC which can be said as the best SoC by Snapdragon as SD810 still have some of the heating issues. The phone offers 2 GB RAM hence it might not be a flagship but an upper mid-tier device.

The phone which runs on SD 808 clocked at 1.44 Ghz with 2GB RAM will not be a high end device but can easily replace the Mi4 which currently sells in India for 15,000 INR and before the Mi5's entry the new Xiaomi Libra can come and make a debut to replace the old Mi4 from Xiaomi.

There will be Xiaomi Mi5 & Mi5 Plus coming but their pricing will be on a higher side, above 22,000 INR in India hence the Xiaomi Libra will be talking the Mi4's place. We expect the Libra to be priced around 15,000 INR - 20,000 INR.

OnePlus Two Cases leaked reveals position of ports

Till now each and every fan of the OnePlus know's about the specs of the upcoming OnePlus 2, today their are a couple of images of the covers of the upcoming OnePlus 2 appeared online. Till now we got the specs of the phone by OnePlus itself but today we got a unofficial leak of the outer body placements of the keys, camera location, ports etc.
The specs confirmed till now are as follow

• Snapdragon 810 chipset
• USB Type-C port
• metallic body
• 4 GB RAM
• 5.5" inches FHD Screen
• 16 MP rear camera
• 5 MP front camera
• 64 GB internal storage
• 3300 mAh battery

The hint which we got today from the collection of covers by Orzly gives us a hint at the placement of the buttons and other ports, we can see a huge cutout at the rear and it might include a dual camera or maybe a fingerprint scanner, as we have the volume rocker at one of the side (left), we have the power button at the right in the middle, headphone socket at the top, also looks like dual speaker setup at the bottom and in between a USB Type-C port.

Xiaomi Mi5 & Mi5 Plus specs leaked

Xiaomi Mi5 is making headlines for a couple of months now and it has even created much hype for it, and now a serial leaker KJuma claims that Xiaomi will also be coming with Mi5 Plus along with the original Mi5. KJuma has also listed the hardware specs of both the handsets.

The standard Mi5 will allegedly be powered by the following:

• 5.2-inch Quad HD display 
• 2.5D Gorilla Glass
• Snapdragon 810 processor
• 16 MP rear camera
• 13 MP front camera 
• 3,000mAh battery
• Android 5.1 Lollipop

The phone will be available for an aprox of 2399 yuan which translates to INR 25,000(aprox.) The pricing is a bit on higher side but looks like till the launch the price will go down and even the Mi Note Pro will be available in India around the same pricing.

Meanwhile the Mi5 Plus powered by the following:

• 5.7-inch display 
• Quad HD resolution
• Snapdragon 820 chip
• 3500mAh battery
• 23 MP rear camera 
• 12 MP front camera

Huawei Mate 8 new renders leaked; Octa-core processor with QHD display

Rumors about the Huawei Mate 8 have been around for some time now, with reports pointing to a September launch like its predecessor. Certain images of the device's display and body were leaked earlier this year, but now a new render gives us a full front and back view of the phablet.

The render shows a metal rim around the 6-inch device and looks similar to the Ascend Mate 7 released last year.  There is an unidentified sensor at the top of the display, above the phone earpiece. It is notably different from the front camera and proximity sensor units which can be seen on either side of the earpiece. The back sports a camera with flash and a fingerprint sensor like the one we had seen on the Ascend Mate 7.

Rumored specs of the Ascend Mate 8 are:

6-inch QHD display

Octa-core Huawei Kirin 930 chipset

3 GB RAM

20 MP primary camera

LG G Pro 3 specs tipped by Leaksfly

In December it was quite loud and clear that G Pro 3 development is put on hold to put on focus on LG G4, now it looks like LG has resumed the work of the project and the launch of the device is pending by the end of 2015 if we consider the rumors for now.
Still its just the rumors and hence non of the things are official for now, a serial leaker @Leaksfly tipped on the specifications which we can look forward in the G Pro 3 by LG which are as follow:

Umi Zero 2 teased, with a dual display setup.

Umi yesterday teased about their next upcoming handset which is the Zero 2 and it seems to have a dual-display setup like one we saw in the YotaPhone & YotaPhone 2 and like the YotaPhones we have a normal display on the front wile a e-ink display on the back. Umi seems to be making the products with some great specs so that it can stand out in the market getting aside of YotaPhone's.

The Umi Zero 2 will be packing the following specs

Xolo Black smartphone scheduled for 10th July launch

Xolo has finally unveiled the date for the unveiling of the first phone under the Black brand which is a sub brand of Xolo, and will be operating online-only, the sub-brand was announced in May, and as expected the phone for a launch in July the same is soon to happen. The phone has a smudge-free design and also a metal frame, which will give a premium feel to the phone.The phone will own a dual rear Camera, which will be the first phone to have in this price bracket. The phone will have Xolo's Hive UI 1.5 which is based on Android 5.0, the phone will also support LTE and will be priced under 15,000 INR. 

Xolo will not be flooding many phones under this brand but will launch a phone quarterly i.e in every 3 months, so its a quite good step, as they will be concentrating on a single handset for 3 months and will deliver a good phone instead of going with 10 - 20 phones in this duration.

Moto G 1st Gen to get Android 5.1 Update, Confirmed by David Schuster

Moto X 1st Gen has started getting the Android L [5.1] update in India and even in many other countries, and by this Motorola made it loud and clear that they are working over the first gen devices. If you are having Moto G 1st Gen or Moto E 1st Gen then you might be thinking for Android update on them too.


Today morning David gave some information on the same, the main question that he cleared is "Whether Moto G will get Android update or not ?" the answere he gave is in positive and is a "Yes" but still he doesn't have a clear view over the same hence no timing provided. He also added that he will have more information for Moto E 1st Gen on whether it will be getting an Update or not.

Xiaomi till far have been much secretive about their activities they have been doing, and over the net we have been getting much less information about the devices they are coming with. But today their are some information about the Xiaomi Mi5, their are some of the specs that are leaked, and even the leak is legit, hence their is no fear of it being fake.

Moto G 3rd Gen press renders leaked

Motorola is preparing to launch two new devices which are Moto X 3rd Gen & Moto G 3rd Gen, so you might be thinking that their are many leaks for the Moto X but till now their is no info about the Moto G, just some specs, but now we also have some press images of the phone itself leaked.

This is the first leak which is really very clear, the image is a press render of the phone itself, the phone makes to be a look of LG phones from back, which the Moto X has also obtained. Their are two speakers on the phone, which is a nice take, while as for the size, we cannot determine the size and hence we cannot comment much about the size of the upcoming handset.

Previous rumor said about the following specs being incorporated in the Moto G 3rd Gen

• Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 
• 1GB RAM
• 8GB internal storage
• 5-inch 720p screen
• 13 MP rear camera

The design of the phone looks really great, but for the specs having the same chipset with the Moto E 2nd Gen and even with the Moto G 3rd Gen can go for a loss, as the Moto G 3rd Gen is a bit old for now also, due to the chipset, and in the coming months, it is sure to go out dated, and be a loss for Motorola incorporating the chipset. Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 exceeds Exynos & current SD

Snapdragon 820 is the latest iteration from Qualcomm which is official, the chipset is said to be clocked at the max of 3 Ghz, and it is clear that in earlier stages benchmarks will be helping you out to determine the performance, and hence SD820 just went through some benchmarks which revealed that the chipset actually performs well in relation to the earlier chipsets from Qualcomm.

Snapdragon 820 earned following scores in Geekbench tests

• Single-core: 1732
• Multi-core: 4970

The SD 810 scores just 1227 for single core while the Exynos 7420 does it just for 1486, and in comparision the SD 820 is doing much better.

Xiaomi has been doing great in the Indian market, and they have launched Mi, & Redmi series in India while the Mi Note series is still pending here, now it seems that they are stepping up to launch the Mi Note in India.

The specs are really good for Indian market and looking over the drop in the price of the Mi4 it looks like the next flagship is the Mi Note, which will be debuting soon in India.

Oneplus Two gets listed on Oppomart

Oneplus is closing it's launch on July 28, and we already have some official specifications from the company itself. There's will be USB type C port with Snapdragon 810v2.1 processor which is said to be the latest with no overheating problems.

Now online retailer oppomart.com has listed oneplus at $499. The listing shows the following specifications

• 5.7-inch 2K screen (2056x1440 pixels), 571 PPI
• Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor @ 2.5ghz
• 16 Megapixel Sony Exmor IMX 234 camera
• Embedded rechargeable 3300 mAh LiPo battery
• Support global 4G FDD-LTE network
• 16/64GB eMMC 5.0 with 3GB LPDDR3 RAM

It will also be powered by chance companies OxygenOS based on lollipop 5.1.1. The specifications are very good and may be offered in the flagship. But the company has said in its forum that the snapdragon 810 will be close credit under 2.0 GHz to offer better power efficiency and to overcome heating problems. So do take the above with a pinch of salt.

New Device in Droid Line-up by Motorola spotted on GeekBench

Motorola has already made clear that they will be launching the 3rd generation of the Moto X series later this year, but now we also have a new model in the droid line up which has been found on graphics benchmarking site named Geek bench. The phone with the model no XT1585 has been sited on Geek bench, which denotes to be in the droid line up. 

The leaks points to following specs of the phone

• 5.5" Quad HD display
• Snapdragon 810 processor
• Adreno 430 GPU 
• 3 GB RAM
• 32 GB Internal Storage
• 20 MP with 4K recording support rear camera
• 5MP front camera

The phone runs on android 5.1.1 lollipop with Motorola's tweaks and features on top. Now the new leak is in line with the previous leaks and the features are impressive. The processor is clocked a bit down to overcome heating problems that all snapdragon 810 flagships launched faced. This may be new droid which may be released as a successor to mighty droid Turbo launched last year. The phone may also feature a large battery to keep the phone running all day long.

Xolo releases a teaser about the first phone from Black

If you all remember about the Black firm which is an online only firm which will soon be coming into rolling with a new smartphone, from Xolo. Xolo which itself is a sub-brand of Lava, is seeking for a new brand which will allow them to compete with players like Xiaomi & Lenovo. So it will be interesting to see about the new device which will be coming from Black.

The clip posted by Xolo is a teaser of the upcoming handset, and focuses on the phone being stain and smudge free.

The video showcases top-rear and side part of the handset which shows up that the phone include a dual camera setup with a LED flash at the center of the same, the phone is not bulky and owns a slim profile, and even a glass back. the phone will also own 4G LTE to be future proof & Android 5.1 which is also a latest OS found on mobiles as till now Android M is not rolling out.

OnePlus 2 launch scheduled for 7:30 AM on 28th July in India

So if you were thinking that on the OnePlus 2 will launch on 27th July globaly and then it will take another month to launch in India, but this is not the case, the phone will launch the very next day in the morning via VR in India too, that is 28th July 7:30 AM, and on the official page of OnePlus fourm says that it will be a solid reason to be up in the morning the day.


The OnePlus 2 will be having a USB Type C port which will make you future-proof if you will go with the next beast. The OnePlus 2 will be launching in VR, and this is the first phone to launch in VR, this is a really unique way, but still you will have to to get a VR kit from OnePlus, although for Global Oneplus said to provide the VR kit free and just the shipping charges are to be paid, but still in India, it looks like they will be charging a minimal amount for the same.

Samsung soon to update its Lineup with new devices, Model numbers Leaked

Samsung was a while ago rumored to put some of the phones in the Indian lineup to compete with new players like Xiaomi, Lenovo, and others. These manufacturers are actually having a better line-up than compared to Samsung, and now we have got some of the model numbers of Samsung handsets which could soon debut in the Indian Market.

The model numbers also come with a tentative pricing info around which the phones will be priced. There are 7 handsets which fall in mid-ranged to high-end handsets while one is a Tablet and one is a budget smartphone.

The SM G929F can be said to be the Galaxy S6 Mini, as the S6 has a model number of SM G920F while the SM G531F could be a successor to the Galaxy Grand Prime which bears the model number SM G530H. We all know about the SM A8000 which is the Galaxy A8 and will soon be official. Rest of the model numbers can't be recognised but will possibly be launched soon.

It will be interesting to see some good phones being launched by Samsung, which will make a better line-up ready for buyers.

Galaxy Note 5 cases reveals most of the design

Samsung will be launching the Galaxy Note 5 as scheduled like always at the IFA trade show 2015. As you all know Cases of Galaxy S6 & S6 Edge provided much info about the both, hence it is clear that they get much info about the device much earlier. And now we get a new info about the Galaxy Note 5, their are some of the leaks of the same over the web.

Like of the S6 & S6 Edge from Samsung, the Note 5 will also have the LED flashes at the right side of the Camera, which used to be under the camera, we have seen from Galaxy Note to Galaxy Note Edge total 5 devices having their speaker grill on the back, but from the Note 5 it will be accommodate at the bottom, just like the Galaxy S6.

The Power Button and the Volume rocker are the two that we will get at the same place as it was on the previous Notes.
