Xiaomi India today dropped the price of a popular handset which is the successor to their another popular handset Redmi 1S, Redmi 2 was launched a couple of months ago and now the phone is a really good deal at the price point of 5,999 INR. It means their is a price drop of 1000 INR from 6,999 INR which was the previous pricing.
The phone owns pretty good specs for the price and now it looks like Xiaomi is getting ready to introduce the Redmi 2 with 2 Gigs of Ram in India, and even a replacement to the Redmi Note 4G, as if Redmi 2 with 2 GB Ram debuts in India then the Redmi Note 4G will be left with a bump in screen and camera rest will be the same as Redmi 2.
