Google's Android One initiative was very successful in each countries they launched, now they are moving over with Turkey, but its still not the old set of specs which they will be offering its a new design with a new set of specs into it. the phone is named to be "General Mobile 4G" and as the name suggest it will offer 4G compatibility.
The all new General Mobile 4G the next gen Android One unit comes with following set of specs

The phone will be available in Turkey from May 15 for TRY 699, which translates to $ 262 in US$ which is 16000 INR in Indian currency. The phone is not a entry level device, but indeed a true mid-ranger from specs as well from pricing, holding a good design, the phone will be quite popular, and we do hope the phone to get launch in more of the countries in future.
