Xiaomi introduces a compact 10,000 mAh battery in China

Xiaomi introduced a new power bank in its existing line up which contains a 10,000 mAh power within it, this one is slimmer compared to the previous year's 10,400 mAh battery. The build quality of the power bank is the same, which is the aluminium finish body, like one on all other power bank from Xiaomi.

The energy density of the power bank is increased by 30% and the volume decrease by 21.4% compared to it’s old power bank, as says Xiaomi. The new 10,000 mAh power bank is just 60.4 mm wide, and weighs just at 207 grams, the power bank has a power button, battery level indicator LED, micro USB slot, Standard USB slot. The power bank offers 5.1 V / 2.1 A output which means it is can act as a fast charger. Xiaomi claims that the conversion rate of the power bank is 93% which makes 9300 mAh of battery usable making 700 mAh used for overcoming internal resistances.

the power bank will be priced at 69 Chinese Yuan which translates to US$ 11 / Rs. 710 approx. and is currently on sale in China through official Mi website. As of now their are no known plans of Xiaomi for the sale of power bank outside China, but it seems to be soon available in other countries too.
