Lenovo launched K3 Note in China for CNY 899

Lenovo this Monday launched a new 4G LTE budget phablet called the Lenovo K3 Note in China, priced at CNY 899 which translates to approximately INR 9,000. Just like the recently launched Lenovo A7000, the Lenovo K3 Note offers dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) support, and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with the firm's Vibe UI on top.

Upfront, the Lenovo K3 Note features a

  • 401ppi pixel density
  • 64-bit 1.5GHz octa-core (MediaTek MT6572) processor 
  • 2 GB RAM
  • 13 MP rear camera 
  • LED flash 
  • 5 MP front facing camera
  • 16 GB inbuilt storage
  • 3000 mAh battery
Lenovo K3 Note will be competing against Meizu M1 Note in China, the M1 Note is being sold at CNY 1199 and hence is pricing is a major differentiator between the two. We expect the Lenovo K3 Note to soon be available in India.
