Lollipop Update for OnePlus One ariving by March End

It looks like the Android Lollipop update for the OnePlus One is in its final stage. Yesterday OnePlus via its official fourms mentioned that they will be updating all of their devices with Lollipop by the end of March.

Last month, we had reported that Carl Pei, co-founder of OnePlus stated that Lollipop is expected to roll out only in March. Now, OnePlus One smartphone owners can expect the Lollipop based CyanogenMod 12S Over-the-air update on their phones in the coming two weeks.

Besides that, the company has chalked a timeline to release the first official version of its home developed OxygenOS based on Lollipop to be available for download on March 27.

OnePlus is also giving the international users a choice to opt between CyanogenMod or the OxygenOS. However, for the Indian market it will be just the OxygenOS to arrive.
