Vector Introduces two SmartWatches with Huge Battery Life and Metallic Build

So this is the era of SmartWatches, but as we know the era has just started and hence the first Gen's of SmartWatches had a con of Low-Battery life, then the 2nd Gen of Smart Watches introduced by the companies lost some features to increase the battery life, but now we have got two smart watches from Vector, they are promising for a 30 day's battery life, and that too without comprising for most of features.

The Vector introduces two models
  • Luna
  • Meridian
The two watches leaves behind the Pebble for its compatiblity it supports all the major Operating Systems which are as follow
  • Android
  • iOS
  • Windows Phone
The Smartwatch is equiped with a monochrome screen, which will do some functions like to:
  • show Notifications
  • show RSS news feed
  • track activities
  • quality of sleep.
But the SmartWatch is not equiped with a TouchScreen, Vector said that they ditched the Touchscreen to increase the sun-light legibility. You can pick between different watch faces from your phone and operate the watch itself with the three buttons on the side.

Vector has partnered with smart thermostat maker Nest and others to provide additional functionality.

The Vector Luna is the premium option with a round screen and $350 price tag, while the Meridian has a rectangular display but goes after the Pebble with a $200 price. Both are waterproof up to 50m

The two will be available globally in the summer through Vector’s own web store and select retailers. Both watches have metal bodies and come with a selection of metal, stitched leather and rubber wrist bands. You can pre-order one of three limited edition models from Vector’s own web site.
