HTC One M8s launches in European market

HTC announced the rumored HTC One M8s which is a scaled down variant of HTC One M8 which was the flagship of HTC last year. The phone features the same design as of M8, but the processor and the camera arrangement of the phone is a bit diffrent then the predecessor.

The specs of the announced M8s are as follows.

• Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC
• 4 x Cortex A53 @ 1.7GHz + 4 x Cortex A53 @ 1.0GHz CPU 
• 2GB RAM
• 16GB variant 
• 13MP rear camera 
• 5 MP front camera 
• 2850 mAh

The rear camera still has the secondary depth camera, which helps in post processing effects that were one of the best parts about the camera app of One M8.

The phone isn’t thicker as the maximum thickness is 9.55mm, compared to the 9.35mm on One M8. The One M8s will support 4G LTE connectivity, with Cat.4 compatibility. The One M8s also has the HTC BoomSound speakers located on the front.
